Meet the Stories

Meet the Stories is the heart of my work. This section highlights just a few of the individuals whose lives, choices, and character have influenced my writing and shaped the themes found throughout Shaped in Life’s Quarry. There are many more stories in the book, and these will give you a glimpse into the depth and richness of the lives reflected there. Each profile honors people who lived with purpose — whether on the battlefield, in public service, in ministry, or in the quiet corners of everyday life.

Each story reflects a truth I’ve seen again and again: ordinary people often carry extraordinary wisdom. Their lives remind us that character is formed over time, and that every person has a story worth telling.

Explore, reflect, and meet the people who helped shape the work I do.
